Intertidal Walk @ Changi Beach

When the tide goes out, the rich intertidal zone at Changi Beach is unveiled in all its glory. Hosting a myriad of life forms from mesmerising Sea Stars (‘Starfish’) to Anemones, Sea Cucumbers, Snapping Shrimps, Crabs, Soft Corals, Whelks, Hermit Crabs, Sea Squirts, Sand Dollars and more, it is always a delight to explore these shores. If we are lucky, we might even see the Estuarine Seahorse and Knobbly Sea Star. Join us in this intertidal adventure and experience Changi Beach at its best! When the sky darkens after 7 pm, nocturnal marine life will make their appearance as a bonus. Our special glow-in-the-dark UV torch will show seagrass, seaweed, anemone and various sea creatures fluorescing in startling shades of reds, oranges, blues, greens and yellows!

Time: Dependent on the tides (usually mornings or evenings); exact timings for the 2-hour walk are reflected in the booking page! If you wish to engage us for a private intertidal walk for your group/class on a weekday or weekend (during suitable low tides), kindly email gloria_seow@yahoo.com to enquire.

Cost: $38 per person (Adult/Child Age 4 and above)
